  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfers and wallet services (example WISE), as listed on our speedboat transfer page. Payment must be completed within the specified time frame to confirm your booking.

3. Cancellations and Modifications

  • Non-Refundable Tickets: Please note that all tickets are strictly non-refundable. We are very strict about this policy, so please plan accordingly.

  • Rescheduling: We can only reschedule your transfer to a different date or time on the same route. Changes are subject to availability.

  • Flight Delays: If your flight is delayed, we will accommodate you by rebooking you on the next available boat on the same route. This service is free of charge, and you will be rebooked with the same boat operator.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, images, and service descriptions, is the property of hala Maldif and is protected by copyright. You may not use any of our content without prior written consent.

Additionally, some of the photos, videos, and other materials on this website are taken from our business partners in the speedboat and hospitality industries, with permission. We also feature images from Ihsan of seefromthesky.com, for which we provide full credit. We thank Ihsan and other Maldivian friends, especially many Photographers and Video Creators, for allowing us to showcase their visuals on our website.
