Booking Process: When you book a speedboat transfer with us, you agree to provide accurate information, including the number of passengers, travel dates, and any other necessary details. This helps us ensure a smooth and efficient booking experience.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via local bank transfers and wallet services, as listed on our speedboat transfer page. Payment must be completed within the specified time frame to confirm your booking.
3. Cancellations and Modifications

Non-Refundable Tickets: Please note that all tickets are strictly non-refundable. We are very strict about this policy, so please plan accordingly.

Rescheduling: We can only reschedule your transfer to a different date or time on the same route. Changes are subject to availability.

Flight Delays: If your flight is delayed, we will accommodate you by rebooking you on the next available boat on the same route, and you will be rebooked with the same boat operator.
4. Unauthorized Reselling / Unauthorized Representation
No individual, travel agency, company, online platform, or third party is permitted to sell, advertise, list, promote, or represent any services of Hala Maldif without a signed written agreement issued directly from Hala Maldif.
Any use of our company name, brand, logo, schedules, routes, photos, or service descriptions without our written authorization is strictly prohibited and considered unauthorized representation.
Hala Maldif operates B2C only and does not work with external resellers, booking platforms, or agents unless specifically approved in writing.
We reserve the right to take legal action against any person or entity that falsely represents our company, misleads customers, or publishes incorrect information related to our services.
5. Safety and Transfers
- All island transfers booked through Hala Maldif are provided by licensed local speedboat operators. We carefully select our partners to ensure safety, reliability, and a smooth experience. Hala Maldif acts only as a coordinator and intermediary, and we are proud to say that no accidents have occurred with any of our partnered providers to date.
- Pregnant women, elderly guests, and guests with medical conditions are kindly advised to seek medical advice before travel on fast speedboats. Please note that no special arrangements or modifications can be provided for transfers.
- Hala Maldif acts solely as an intermediary/booking agent and is not the operator of transfer services. Operational responsibility lies with the respective service providers.
- While we are always happy to assist with coordination, Hala Maldif cannot be held responsible for disruptions, discomfort, or issues arising from adverse weather, sea conditions, or transfer operations.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, text, images, and service descriptions, is the property of hala Maldif and is protected by copyright. You may not use any of our content without prior written consent.
Additionally, some of the photos, videos, and other materials on this website are taken from our business partners in the speedboat and hospitality industries, with permission. We also feature images from Ihsan of seefromthesky.com, for which we provide full credit. We thank Ihsan and other Maldivian friends, especially many Photographers and Video Creators, for allowing us to showcase their visuals on our website.
